When attempting to work on a schedule, you may sometimes receive a red messaged that says it is locked. This is due to someone else being logged into this schedule. This happens when someone may be logged into the schedule on another tab as well.
If you have ensured all other managers are in fact logged out of their accounts (whether at home or at work), simply contact Customer Care and we can force unlock the schedule for you.
Please note no changes will be saved to the schedule from when the manager originally logged in.
