Unable to Pick Up a Shift?

Employees on HotSchedules have the ability to release their scheduled shifts for other team members to attempt to pick up. If you do not see a shift that your coworker released, there could be a few reasons.

1. Do you have the job code assigned to you that matches the job code of the shift that was released?

2. Do you have a shift that overlaps with the released shift? If so it will not be visible.

If neither of these apply, please reach out to Customer Care!
