Additional Shift Added Report - Notification

Hello,

If a customer is using Scheduling, is there a report that can be pulled to show data of any additional shifts that have been added after the schedule has been approved?

As well as this, is there a setting to allow users to receive a notification when a new shift is added to an approved schedule?

(There is the Shift Amendment report - however this does not pull the correct data needed).

Good Afternoon,

I hope you are well.

Unfortunately, shift amendments is the only report available to track shift changes and alerts currently cannot be set for shift changes.

If you would like to see alerts added for shift changes, it would be best to raise this as an ideas request.

In regards to the report not containing the correct data, I will raise a ticket for this to investigate further.
