Report for hours worked in month

Hello,

Is there a report in any of the modules that will show how many hours an employee has worked during the month, their contracted hours and how many days in the month they have worked?

Having looked at the Payroll Hours Worked Version 1 in the rota exports, it’s not quite giving what is needed.
If the report is run 1st to end of the month it only brings in 3 weeks’ worth of hours but 4 weeks of contracted hours so its reporting that that person has worked under their contracted hours and if choosing the week before it brings in 4 weeks’ worth of hours but is saying its 5 weeks so the contracted hours are higher.

Hi Katie,

Currently, the only report that would contain this information would be the Employee Hours Worked report within the Rotas module, which runs with the to and from dates entered.  This can be accessed via the following path:

Rotas > Reports > Exports > Employee Hours Worked

Hi Tom,

Do you have any advice on the correct date range to use so that it does pull in the correct hours for the 1st to end of month period?
