Hello, I am an Upserve customer and there is an on-going issue with how HotSchedules pulls in the Sales metrics. Currently, instead of pulling the Net Sales, it is including Net Sales + Comps/Discounts. We have opened several tickets and it seems there is no solution to being able to fix this integration problem.
If there are any other Upserve customers experiencing this, please vote for this post. It is possible to fix, but the engineering team at HotSchedules needs to get involved.
