WFM LP scheduling approval - how to track manager comments on reasons for declining a schedule
When a manager declines a schedule in Labour Productivity, they have the option to enter comments - where do these comments go, and can they pulled into a central document?

You can track a managers comment via the user(s) that are set up to receive notifications and they will be able to review the comments when they next log in to Labour Productivity.
You can liaise with your the Fourth contact to configure which user level is set to receive notification. Please see article below to assist. Release Notes WFM: Labour Productivity: Schedule Approval Process – Fourth & HotSchedules Customer Success Portal

@... thanks for this. Just to confirm, can the user(s) set up to receive notifications be set up on a location by location basis.
i.e. if an Area Manager rejects a schedule for a particular location and enters comments, can the notifications be set to the GM of that particular location?
