Minimum wages against job roles

Hi Community, 

Can minimum wages be set in fourth that ensure employees are not paid less below the annual rate set? Wages are already set against job roles, however, this does not prevent the wage from being applied with an override/acknowledgement - just sets a flag warning

employees with access to override employee pay rates / Salaries will e able to make changes to employees' rates outside the linked rates of pay and will give a warning asking them to save again to process the change.

The below access setting allows the above.

I advise that access is reviewed by making changes to individual employees by following the guide below.
