In the Wagestream app, I'm missing an entire work week - March 27th to April 2nd.Wagestream wrote me the following-Good morning Dimitar,
I hope that you are well, I have had a look at this for you and I can see that these shifts appear to have been removed by your employer. Could you tell me why these shifts were removed by the employer (they are not holidays, but regular working hours for 5 days) and if it was a mistake, why are there already several days missing and because of this I cannot take advantage of the money before salary, because It's not giving me a stream of money after it disappeared this week and it's already April 9th. What's going on with my work hours?

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having here. This really is something that your employer will need to answer - if they removed the shifts then they should be able to tell you why. Please contact your head office/your manager. If your employer is not able to give you a reason then please ask them to contact us to investigate further. Sorry not to be able to help further but there does not appear to be anything wrong with the system here.
