Currently, you can only view holidays for last year, the current year and the next year.

You can edit holidays for the above periods as long as you have access to "Edit holidays for submitted rotas" in your HR access. 

Access can be amended by following the guide in the below link.

Holidays before last year will have been archived and are unable to be viewed or edited on the system.

A report showing the holidays before last year can be pulled by our second-line team so you will need to open a ticket to request this.
