Sysco EDI Notification
Hi. Our Sysco rep informed us that he's not receiving a notification when our chefs submit orders to him. Please advise. Thank you so much!

Thank you for your post.
With full EDI, which you have configured for Sysco, the orders are submitted electronically to Sysco's internal software only; if the sales rep requires any additional notifications of the orders themselves or any exceptions, e.g. out-of-stocks, this would be reliant on functionality on Sysco's side.
Please direct the sales rep back to their internal IT/Systems teams to see if this is something they can set up.
