    Apologies for the delayed response to your query.  Unfortunately, as outlined in this article, Adaco: Creating a Purchase Requisition – Fourth & HotSchedules Customer Success Portal, once a requisition has been deleted from the system it is entirely removed and not auditable or reportable.

    i am delighted to share, the issue has in fact been resolved during the implementation of the newly added requisition audit report the search by req number in this report has been configured in a way to include the deleted req's changes up to and including the user who actioned the deletion.  I would respond to the other community post as well in hopes that the "comments" on the req would be captured as a "change"
