Multiple Stores
I have a unique challenge. My operator owns two stores and we frequently have team members from each store working at both locations to cover any availability gaps. These team members are only hired at one location and we have found it challenging to communicate which store they are working at and to inform the pic that they have someone from the other store coming.
Do you have any ideas on how to resolve these communication issues?
