Employees don't need approval for time off
My employees can just request days off & I get no notification to approve or deny their requests. They are just visible when I create my schedule. I want to make it so they need their time off approved what settings do I need to put in place

Good Afternoon Reagan,
We do have two options "Request" & "Time Off". Our Time off feature does require managers approval and will give you a notification when you log in to your account that Time off requests are pending your approval. If you call us at 866-753-3853 or email us at customercare@hotschedules.com we can enable this feature for you if you are the primary decision maker of the account.
