Extended schedule report

Previously when you ran the extended schedule report it used to provide a box where it would display request off as well as avaliability. Now it does t show. Is there a way to view this in a different area. It was a really useful tool for when I would review the schedule. I could see where I had room to move shifts around and where I didn’t.

Hi Jimi,

 

Thank you for your post! Unfortunately, that feature was removed from the report, as we introduced time ranges for requests. When an employee submits a request they can choose a time range to have off. If employees put a time range, it would be confusing and might look like a shift on that particular day instead of a time off request. 

We are hoping that we can possibly enhance the feature to bring back the requests and availabilities on to the report. However, I do apologize for the inconvenience. We do have the Time Off and Request report and Availability Restrictions Report under Staff and Store to view requests and availabilities that could be helpful, as well.
