How to enter MAX number of hours?

Hi,

  I was recently hired and was told that I can go into the system and put in the maximum hours I can work for the upcoming week. As I searched through HotSchedules, I could find no such feature. This is frustrating as I am already scheduled to work 15 hours more than what I plan as my absolute max. I am a student and have other responsibilities outside of work and school, and these extra hours hinder me from fulfilling these..

In short, How do I find the area to enter the maximum amount of hours I can work for the week.

Hi Lauren,

Thank you for your post, unfortunately employees do not have access to set their minimum and maximum hours they are able to work. What you do have access to is to set your availability in HotSchedules where you can specify your availability windows to keep it under 15 hours. Depending on how your company is setup this might require a manager approval after you submit your availability request.
