Why can't I set forecast templates?

    Hello Cate,

    Thank you for reaching out. If you're looking at a week in the scheduler in which all of the schedules are in the "Posted" status, you will receive that message you referenced. There may be other factors to consider as well, but to answer your question, yes - you can forecast projected hours as well as sales.
