Scheduling Staff Meetings
I have an all team member meeting coming up.
Rather than adding this to 30 people's schedule, how can I post it for everyone at once. Similar to adding someone TO a schedule, how about adding someone to a meeting?
Where should I be looking?

Thank you for contacting Customer Care, I hope this message finds you well. I really feel that using the schedule to communicate the meeting is the best way to ensure employees will see the time and know to show up. This will give you reports and other ways to track the hours and ensure people are not going into overtime. Most organizations have either a Meeting Schedule, Job Code or both. This would still require creating a shift for each employee. If you do have a Meeting Schedule available to you. a template can be made that will schedule all employees to a meeting time for a specific day. This might take a little time to configure the template, but then it would be available to you for future schedules.
Alternately, you could send a message to the entire staff communicating the meeting information, but there is no guarantee the employee will open or read the message that you send.
