Is it possible to track absences taken as holiday?

Hi  All,

@Kamilla is looking to implement another option within holiday to be utilised. They occasionally have employees who utilise holiday rather than absence to get their full pay. Kamilla would like to add an option to make this easy for them to track where employees are doing this. Is this possible?
