As part of the continued commitment to the scalability and security of our technology stack, Fourth will be completing proactive maintenance to the application tier that underpins the Purchase to Pay (TradeSimple) application.
Scheduled maintenance windows are:
- TradeSimeple NA – Monday 3rd October 2022 07:00 – 11:00 BST
- TradeSimeple EMEA – Wednesday 5th October 2022 01:00 – 05:30 BST
Impact During the Maintenance Windows
Tradesimple and/or Ordering (Marketplace) app users only:
All Tradesimple services will be unavailable for the duration of the migration.
This means users will be unable to:
- Send or receive messages via Tradesimple
- Access Tradesimple online
- Access the Ordering app
- Receive Tradesimple scheduled reports
RME (Starchef) Inventory (R9), FnB Manager or Purchasing and Inventory (Adaco) users with an EDI or PDF supplier:
All Tradesimple services will be unavailable for the duration of the migration.
This means users will be unable to:
- Send GRNs via R9
- Create orders for suppliers in Tradesimple when the FTP is unavailable
- Send orders via Fourth to any EDI suppliers
- Receive any EDI documentation from Suppliers
The following protocols will be unavailable during the maintenance window:
- HTTP/S
- FTP
- SFTP
- FTPS
- EDI
- SMTP
- AS2
- CXML
Any transmissions sent via these protocols during the maintenance window will not be accepted and suppliers will need to ensure that these transmissions are resent after the completion of the maintenance.
Please note that any scheduled exports via Tradesimple will be triggered to run once the system is back online.
