To comply with current security practices, Fourth will be ceasing support for Transport Layer Security (TLS) version 1.0 and 1.1 within Recipe and Menu Engineering (RME).
Effective from November 20th, 2025, for APAC/NA and November 26th, 2025, for EMEA.
What Does This Mean?
As of these dates, any communication with the RME platform will fail if using either TLS version 1.0 or 1.1.
What Do I Need to Do?
Customers are required to ensure that their integration between RME and their systems uses TLS version 1.2.
This may require a change to your integration if you do not already support TLS 1.2.
What Happens if I Don't Act in Time?
If you do not make this change before we deprecate TLS 1.0/1.1, then there will be no response - not even an HTTP status code or message, since getting that kind of response depends on a previously established TLS connection.
