What's Changing?
Error reasons for which a submitted pending delivery cannot be approved by the core application will be displayed on the pending delivery card in the app.
Reason for the Change
Increase ease of use by providing more information when a pending delivery submission cannot be approved and is returned to the Receiving App.
Customers Affected
All Inventory customers using mobile Receiving.
Release Note Info/Steps
When a pending delivery cannot be successfully approved in the core application (Inventory), it is returned to the Receiving App. A Pending Actions badge will be displayed on the pending delivery card. The reason for the unsuccessful submission will be displayed on the pending delivery card detailed view.

Reasons for unsuccessful approval of pending delivery submission
The reason for the failed submission and the action to correct the problem will be displayed on the pending delivery card.
1. Delivery Not Found - Please contact Support
2. Unknown error occurred - Please try to submit the delivery again
3. The delivery cannot be processed because the Delivery Reference already exists - Please enter another
4. The Delivery Date is within an Approved Stock Period - Please re-open the Stock Period before submitting or amend the Delivery Date
5. The Delivery Date is before an Approved Stock Period - Please open the Stock Period before submitting or amend the Delivery Date
Please note: Existing deliveries that have been submitted before 27th July and returned to the Receiving App due to a duplicate Delivery Reference error will not display the error reason until the delivery is re-submitted.
