Overview
This article shows how employee payslips can be viewed within the Payroll module.
Process
- Go to Payroll > Employees > Employee List

Search for and select an employee
Employees currently not attached to payroll are highlighted with an asterisk (*)
The next screen is the employee summary, with their name shown on the left side panel.
- Use the employee side panel and go to Payroll > Employee Payroll Info > Past Payslips

This will show the payruns that the employee has been included in, to date.
- If necessary, select a previous Tax Year and Search
- To view a payslip onscreen, select HTML
- To see a duplicate of the payslip (in a format for printing), select PDF

The top section of the payslip gives a breakdown of the wages and at which locations the employee has worked.
The lower section shows a breakdown of the payments and the totals for the year to date.
