WFM UK: Viewing Employees' P60s, P35s, and P45s

Overview

In the Payroll module, managers can view P60s and P35s of team members. P45s can also be accessed via the HR module. This article shows how to access and download these documents for current and former employees.

P60s and P35s - Process

• Go to Payroll > Year End > Year End

• Select the required Tax Year (most likely the previous one)

• Select the relevant Company from the list
• Against 'View P60' or 'View P35', select Setup

A list of all employees with P60s or P35s for that tax year will be displayed.

• If needed, at the top of the screen, enter the Employee Number and Search
• Then select View in the 'PDF' column

A PDF copy of the P60 or P35 will be displayed, which can be saved/downloaded and shared with the employee as required.

P45s - Process

• In the HR module, go to Employees > Employee List
• Search for and select the required former employee
• Use the side menu and go to Employee Info > Employment Details
  • If prompted, select a Location, Division, or Job Title
• Scroll down and from the bottom-right corner, select View P45

• In the pop-up window that opens, select the required P45 document

The P45 will then open and can be saved as a PDF or printed.
