What’s New?

• Bradford Factor Enhancements
  This release has been delayed and will no longer be delivered on the 26th March 2026 as previously communicated. We’ve made this decision to ensure the changes meet the required quality and reliability standards before being made available. Rather than proceed with a release that does not meet those expectations, we are taking additional time to complete and validate the work. This release note has been retained for visibility; however, the functionality previously described is not yet available in the system.

  A new release note will be published once the work is ready for release, and all associated documentation will be updated accordingly.
   

• Employee Hours Worked Export - Holiday Initialisms
  The Employee Hours Worked Export has been updated to introduce a new initialism for Unpaid Half Day Holiday, now shown as UHDH. As part of this change, holiday-related initialisms have been aligned so that: 
  • Unpaid Holiday (Full Day) is shown as UHOL
  • Unpaid Holiday (Half Day) as UHDH
  • Paid Holiday (Full Day) as HOL
  • Paid Holiday (Half Day) as HHOL
     
• Payroll Module Reports & Exports Updates (BIK)
  Payroll Module reports and exports have been updated to include additional columns displaying Benefits in Kind (BIK) Notional Payments, where applicable. These enhancements improve visibility of payrolled benefits within standard reporting outputs, supporting clearer reconciliation and audit of taxable pay. As this change extends the underlying data model, the new columns will appear for all customers, including those not currently using the BIK Module, although values will only be populated where relevant.
