PeopleMatter: Managers: How do I Print a Custom Acknowledgement with E-signature?

Your company's Administrator may have included a custom acknowledgement requiring e-signature as part of the job application.  Managers and Administrators can print the custom acknowledgement with e-signature if needed. 

To print a custom acknowledgement with e-signature:

• Click WorkSpaces.  
• Under your organization's name, click Administrator.
• Click Applicants. 
• Click on the Applicant's Name to open the record. 
• Click the Applications tab.
• The application will appear.  Scroll to the Acknowledgements section.  Click Print.
