There is a feed from KFC each day that sends the access over to PeopleMatter. If you change someone's access in PeopleMatter, it will get reverted back each day from the KFC feed since it is not accurate in YumLink. Below are the steps to how a KFC manager complete this in YumLink:
1. Navigate to teamkfc.yum.com
2. Select the magnifying glass from the top right of the page to open Quicklinks
3. Select Franchise Org & User Management (GIAM Portal)
4. Go to Manage User
5. Select the magnifying glass on the right side of the screen to search for the user
- You can search by name or user ID
6. Select View Profile from the three dots on the right side
7. Select the KFC tab from the brand information at the bottom of the screen
8. Select Services/Subscriptions
9. Select the magnifying glass on the right to search for Hiring Zone
10. Select the pencil icon on the right to edit the subscription
11. Select the Hiring Zone Job Role
12. Select the Hiring Zone Org Role
- This is the level within your organization's hierarchy that the person needs access to
13. Select Save
