PeopleMatter: KFC: What Assessments are used by KFC?

Talent@KFC offers three assessment types: Personality, Cognitive, and Attitude.

With your default Talent@KFC configuration, the following assessments will be used for KFC:

• Team Member - Personality
• Shift Supervisor - Personality
• Assistant Restaurant Manager - Personality & Cognitive
• Restaurant General Manager - Personality and Cognitive 

Please note: Any applicants that were auto-removed for receiving a red assessment result should not be added back as active applicants. 

• Corporate - Support should not advise managers at KFC Corporate on how to add that person back to the applicant pool. Please refer them to Corporate for any concerns
• Franchisees - Please advise that Corporate does not approve of adding these applicants back to the pool but it is ultimately their decision. Refer them to their internal HR team for any further instructions

Administrators: If you add additional jobs to Talent@KFC for your organization, you can choose to include assessments during the application process.  Please review the information below.
