What's Changing?
- Reference Intake Nutrition Recipe Export (Excel) Report - The data limit has been increased so more data will appear on this report than previously.
- Ingredient Intolerance Update Template, Parent Ingredients Only - Alternate ingredient data will not appear on the new report.
Reason for the Change
To increase the usability of the reports and to make it easier when preparing data to import via the upload function in Admin.

The reports are available to all customers.
Release Note Info/Steps
Reports are accessed via the Reports tab. If the desired report is not displayed, check with your internal RME Administrator to confirm that reports are available to your User Group. If required, report visibility can be enabled via a request to Fourth's Support team.
In User Group permissions, the Reference Intake Nutrition Recipe Export (Excel) Report belongs to 'Basic Reports'. Ingredient Intolerance Update Template, Parent Ingredients Only belongs to 'Standard Reports'.
Mandatory 'cost price' Field will be Applied to Alternate Ingredients

What's Changing?
If Ingredient 'cost price' is made mandatory for Ingredients, it will be mandatory for both parent and alternate Ingredients.
Reason for the Change
To increase the likelihood of all required fields being populated for both parent and alternate Ingredients. Will result in improved data quality for Inventory.
Customers Affected
Available to all customers. Likely to impact Inventory customers because 'cost price' is typically a mandatory field for them.
Release Note Info/Steps
Ingredient field visibility and mandatory requirements are usually configured in User Group settings. Currently, however, 'cost price' is an exception to this. If it is specified as mandatory in global database settings (accessible to Fourth team members only), the 'mandatory' requirement will be applied to all User Groups.
