What’s New?

• TrustID Integration with HR
  The HR module will feature a new integration with TrustID to simplify UK Right to Work checks, providing a more streamlined and compliant process for managing employee right-to-work requirements. This update allows employers to complete checks directly within the system, securely capture and store the TrustID responses and reports, and automatically record key details such as Right to Work types and work restrictions.
  • WFM UK | HR UK: Right to Work Checks with TrustID
• Multiple Exemption Periods for Student Visa
  Whether the Right to Work is completed manually, or via TrustID, for employees on student visas, the system now supports multiple exemption periods (e.g. out-of-term times) instead of just one. Users can add several date ranges in the “Student Visa Details” section, and during these exemption periods validation with Rota & Scheduling will warn users if the employee is scheduled to work more than limitations.
