What's Changing?
The 'Export Department Information' export file format has been updated to include additional columns.
Reason for the Change
Provides users with complete and accurate departmental data for reporting and analysis, enhancing the utility of the export file.
Customers Affected
All Scheduling customer users with the user-level permission 'Manage Locations and Departments'.
Release Note
- From the Scheduling homepage, go to Settings > Departments
- Select Export Department Information
The export will then be downloaded in CSV format.

The 'Export Department Information' file contains the following columns (newly added columns are in bold):
- LocationName
- LocationCode
- Department Name
- Department Foreign ID
- EPOS Enabled
- EPOSID
- Activity Based Scheduling Enabled - Yes/No
- Labour Demand Graph Enabled- Yes/No
- T&A Enabled- Yes/No
- Use Sales Type Grouping - Yes/No
- Alphabetic Staff Sorting - Yes/No
- Forecasting Enabled - Yes/No
- Has Workload Rules - Yes/No (it will check if there are workload rules or workload rule sets)
- Has Labour Standards - Yes/No
- Has Activity Drivers - Yes/No
- Flex Budget Enabled - Yes/No
- Flex Budget Flex Up % - number
- Flex Budget Flex Down % - number
- Enable Actual Sales Input - Yes/No
- Auto Scheduler Enabled - Yes/No
- Fulfil Labour Demand by Area - Yes/No
For settings values, Yes means the setting is enabled and No means it is disabled.
