What's Changing?
Introduction of the ability for a user to delete Invoices on the Inventory UI.
This is controlled by a user permission which must be switched on by Fourth.

Reason for Change
Currently, a case needs to be raised for a Fourth representative to delete Invoices. This change allows users to self-manage deleting Invoices, for example, Invoices that are duplicates or raised by accident.
Customers Affected
Any user with the correct permission can use this functionality.

The user permission must authorised and switched on by Fourth. Please liaise with your Fourth contact to arrange for this to be done.

- When the correct user permission is enabled, selecting View Document against an Invoice will display the Delete Invoice button

- When Delete Invoice is selected, a warning message will appear (see Fig.2) to alert that the Invoice and all threaded documents will be deleted

Additional Notes
- Deleting an Invoice does not delete the threaded GRN
- This action can be performed on both EDI and Manual Invoices
- If an Invoice has been exported then it cannot be deleted
