The Change
The functionality to archive a product on a particular site or sites has been updated. It will schedule products for archiving and make it unavailable for ordering if it cannot be immediately archived. Previously the system would prevent the user from archiving a product from a site if it was used in any transactions or had stock on hand.

Fig 1 - Remove Product From Site Button
- To archive a product from a site follow the path: Master Data > Where Used > Remove Product From Site.

- Select the relevant sites where the product should be removed
- Expand the organisation hierarchy and select the relevant site(s). Alternatively, click the grey ‘Check All’ button to assign the account to all within the organisation.
- After selecting the relevant site(s) click the green ‘Save’ button.

- The system displays where the product will immediately be removed and where it will be scheduled for archive as in Fig 3 above.
- Click the green ‘Save’ button to confirm the or Back to edit the site selection.
- At the end of the period, if there has been no activity against the product and it has zero closing stocks, it will auto-archive when the period is approved.
Note: It is not currently possible to remove an item that has been scheduled, this will be update in future releases.
