    Release Notes: Recipe and Menus: Publish to FnB: Cancel- Button Colour and English US Language Option and: Menu- sort order in Recipes with Nutritional Reference Intake Report and New: date into warehouse- Value in Ingredients by Supplier Report

    What’s Changing?
     
    • Publish to FnB ‘Cancel’ button – Button colour changed from green to grey (depending on what theme used)
    • English US – New language option in User Profile
    • ‘Menu’ sort order in Recipes with Nutritional Reference Intake Report – Recipe names displayed in Menu order rather than alphabetical (depending on filtering option selected)
    • New ‘date into warehouse’ value in Ingredients by Supplier Report

    Release Notes

    Publish to FnB ‘Cancel’ button – Button colour changed from green to grey
    • Cancel button colour will be changed from green to grey
    • The change only applies to those organisations using the ‘Inventory’ theme

    English US – New language option in User Profile
    • New English US language option in User Profile
    • Selection of this language option will result in three ingredient fields showing different names:
    1. Supplier Spec > Item Vatable will display as Item Taxable
    2. Internal spec > Date 1st delivery to warehouse will display as 1st Available Date to Order
    3. Site linking dialogue > The VAT value will display as The Tax value.
    • To show the English US changes after the user has already been created with English UK, the user’s language preference will need to be changed and then a log out/log in is required

    ‘Menu’ sort order in Recipes with Nutritional Reference Intake Report
     
    • When the report filtering option Include all recipes on the following menu is selected, the recipe names on the report will be displayed in 'menu’ order rather than alphabetical
    • If Include all recipes or Include selected recipes only are selected, the recipe names will continue to display in alphabetical order
    • Other report filters are not impacted by this change

    New ‘date into warehouse’ value in Ingredients by Supplier Report
    • New value date into warehouse has been added to this report
    • The report value is sourced from the Ingredient value Date 1st delivery to warehouse
      • Ingredients > Internal Spec > Date 1st delivery to warehouse
    • If this report is not visible on your organisation’s reports tab and you would like to use it, please contact Fourth’s Service team who can enable the report
