- New report, Ingredients Invalid for Inventory: Optional, can be enabled for any customer on request.
- Option recipe change: All customers using Option Recipe (recipe type).
Release Notes
New Report: Recipes Invalid for Inventory
This new report:
- Lists recipe records that are missing mandatory Inventory values, e.g. Cost Centre Category/Menu Item Category
- Includes the same validation information as is presented in the ‘Publish to FnB’ validation window
This report is optional and can be enabled by raising a case with Fourth's Service Team.
Option Recipe: No Impact on Standard Recipe’s, Yield Calculation Methods (Manual / Auto-calculate)
- When an Option Recipe is included as an ‘ingredient’ in a Standard Recipe, the Yield > Raw Weight > calculation methods – Manual and Auto-calculate – will both be available
- In Fig.1 below, Auto-calculate has been selected. To enable manual calculation, un-tick this box and enter a value in the field that becomes available.
