HS: Fourth Account: Account Setup - Welcome Email and Welcome Sheet

Overview

As a New User, you will receive a Welcome Sheet with your temporary credentials or a Welcome Email.

Please note: To create your Global Profile you will need to use your web browser. After the initial setup, you can log in with your Global Profile from the HotSchedules Mobile App.  

Welcome Sheet

If you are provided with a Welcome Sheet (Fig.1), follow the steps below:

• Navigate to setup.hotschedules.com to enter the temporary credentials listed on your Welcome Sheet (Fig.1)
• Select CONTINUE

• Enter your Email Address, Phone Number, and answers to the security questions
• Agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions by selecting the correlating boxes
• Select CREATE YOUR PROFILE

You will receive a confirmation message after you submit your info and receive an email to complete the process.

• Navigate back to your email inbox to locate the message
• Select the CREATE YOUR PASSWORD button in the body of the email

• Enter a password on the Choose a Password field. Ensure it meets the requirements 
• Enter the password again in the Confirm Password field
• Select Submit

• Enter the password again in the Confirm Password field
• Select Submit

Welcome Email

If you are sent a Welcome Email (Fig.8), follow these steps below:

• Within the body of the Welcome Email, Select the CREATE YOUR PROFILE button

• Enter your Email Address, Phone Number, and answers to the security questions
• Agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions by selecting the correlating boxes
• Select CREATE YOUR PROFILE

• Select the CREATE YOUR PASSWORD button in the body of the email

• Enter the Password again in the Confirm Password field
• Select Submit

After the password is created you will be re-directed to the login page.

• Enter your newly created credentials and LOG IN
