What's Changing?
There will be new functionality to assign All Departments to users in Labour Productivity.
Reason for the Change
Allows for customers to select ‘All Departments’ when assigning access to users in Labour Productivity. This is done through a new User Setting which will automatically add any new Departments to the user’s access.

Release Notes
The new Manage User Settings will be displayed in the ‘Manage Users’ page in Labour Productivity.
- To access these, go to Labour Productivity > Settings > Manage Users
This change is for HR Integrated and Standalone Labour Productivity customers only.
There will be two new settings which will be located at the top of the ‘Department’ section in the ‘Manage Users’ page (see Fig.1)
Auto Assign All Departments

This user setting will select all current Departments and assigns them to the user. The setting will also automatically assign any new Departments to the user

The admin user will not be able to remove any departments from the user’s access, and when 'Auto Assign all Departments' is selected, all Department tick boxes are greyed out
Select all Departments / Deselect all Departments

There will be two new buttons to select all Departments and deselect all Departments from the user's access

If the admin chooses 'Select All Departments', they will then be able to deselect individual Departments if required

The option 'Deselect all Departments' will remove all selected Departments from the user's access. Any new Departments are not automatically added to the user’s access
