What’s Changing?

Shift retention through the Labour Productivity user interface will be restricted to 24 months’ worth of data.

Reason for the Change

Archiving of historical shifts will help to improve overall platform performance.

Release Notes

All shifts older than 24months will be archived in Labour Productivity. Any schedules and reports which are using shifts which have been archived will be inaccessible from the Labour Productivity user interface.

When using the date picker from the schedule page, any dates where shifts are archived will be disabled.

All archived shifts will be stored in a new table in the Labour Productivity database and can be restored on request via your Fourth representative.
