What's Changing?
A new indicator will be shown within the Rota module to show when an employee has an active Furlough Status.

Reason for Change
To inform users which employees have an active Furlough Status.
Customers Affected
All HR & Payroll customers using the Rotas module or Labour Productivity and have the Furlough functionality enabled.
Release Notes
Rotas
When an employee has an active Furlough Status, a new "F" icon will be displayed for employees within the Rota module.
- To find the new icon, go to Rotas module > Rotas > View Rotas
- Search for and select the Rota

- Hover over the "F" to find out the furlough start and end dates (if applicable)

The Furlough Status icon also displays within the rota Day Content page.
- Select a day name from the weekly rota page
The "F" icon will show next to employees' names on this page, just before the Shift Code column.

The Furlough Status will continue to be managed via the HR Module. It will display on the rotas where at least 1 day is included in an active furlough period.
Labour Productivity

The new “F” Icon will be displayed for employees who are recorded as furloughed in the HR module.
The icon will only be displayed on the Schedule page, as per Fig.4 above.
If an employee is recorded as furloughed for at least 1 day in the schedule week, the icon will appear. The icon will then be removed as of the following week’s schedule.
Furlough records will continue to be managed in the HR module of the UK HR & Payroll product.
