Please note: As a result of this new change, some customers may find that users’ main locations do not appear correctly as seen in the images in this release note. Customers are advised to update their location information to ensure that users’ main locations are reflected accurately within the user interface.

Linking Usernames and Email Addresses
When an employee’s email address is changed in any Fourth application their username is also updated to match that email address.
If the username is already in use, the current logic is applied to create a unique username - 5-digit number is added to it.
Subsequently, an email will be sent to the user (to the new email address) to notify that both the email address and username have been changed.
