What’s Changing?
New reporting fields are being added within customised reports in the HR and Training modules.

Reason for the Change
This change is to enhance the reporting capability within the system.

New fields to be added
Fig.1 – Employee Details Report
The new “Salary request workflow comments” field will feed from the free-type comment box seen when creating salary requests for individual employees.
The new “Job Role” field will feed from the Job Title setup screen. This particular field only applies to those customers using Labour Productivity. If this field is selected within customised reports for those customers who do not use Labour
Productivity, then the report will simply return blank fields.

The Employee Number will feed directly from the employee’s HR employment record
User Access
Access to the customised reports is not affected.
