What’s Changing?
The Sensitive Information lists have been updated to include additional fields for both Ethnic Origin and Sexual Orientation.

Reason for the Change
To give employees a more inclusive range of choices when entering sensitive information in the system.
Customers Affected
All HR & Payroll customers using the Sensitive Information pages within Employee records.

Both the Ethnic Origin and Sexual Orientation drop-down menus will be updated.
Ethnic Origin
Ethnic Origin currently contains the following options:
A new option for Any Other Ethnic Group will also be added.
Sexual Orientation
Sexual Orientation currently contains the following options:

- To find the Sensitive Information page, go to Employees > Employee List > search for and select Employee
- Employee Info > Sensitive Information

Ethnic Origin currently contains the following options:
- White - British
- White - Irish
- White - Other
- Mixed - White and Black Caribbean
- Mixed - White and black African
- Mixed - White and Asian
- Mixed - Other
- Asian or Asian British - Indian
- Asian or Asian British - Pakistani
- Asian or Asian British - Bangladeshi
- Asian or Asian British - Other
- Black or Black British - Caribbean
- Black or Black British - African
- Black or Black British - Other
- Chinese or Other Ethnic Group - Chinese
- Chinese or Other Ethnic Group - Other
- Arab & Middle Eastern - Arab
- Arab & Middle Eastern - Iraqi
- Arab & Middle Eastern - Other
- Arab & Middle Eastern - Kurdish
- Arab & Middle Eastern - North African
- Middle Eastern - Middle Eastern Descent
