The Change

A new option will be added to the Sexual Orientation and Ethnicity dropdowns within the Sensitive Information page called “Prefer not to say”.

Reason for the Change

This change has been made to allow employees to record that they would prefer not to give this information and to allow the employer to record this information.

All HR customers who use the Sensitive information page
 

Release Notes

When going into the sensitive information page when creating or editing an employee’s details there will be a new option in the Sexual Orientation and Ethnicity dropdowns called “Prefer not to say”
