What’s Changing?
When terminating an employee, users will be able to record if the employee is being terminated due to TUPE.

Reason for the Change
For auditing and informational purposes. This flag will also be used in the future to prevent P45s being generated either manually or automatically.
Customers Affected
All Payroll customers.
Release Notes
The Termination Details screen will have a new tick box entitled TUPE Transfer.
This setting will be used to prevent P45s from being generated for employees who have this flag selected upon termination.
The functionality to actually prevent P45s will be delivered at a later date and communicated separately.
If any technical issues are encountered during this process, please raise a Case through the Fourth Customer Community for a member of our Service Team to help resolve the issue.

- Go to Payroll > Employees > Employee List > Search for & Select Employee > Employee Info > Termination Details
