Additional actions have been introduced to the “Add Product to Sites” and “Update Product to Sites” screens to allow setting of the “Order” and “Transfer” states en masse per product across sites.Release Date: 26/10/2016
Reason for the Change
The change has been introduced to aid the maintenance and provide flexibility around the setting and update of the order and transfer states, previously only possible on an ingredient site by site basis through Master Data > Stock Details.Customers Affected
All customers that use site linking to publish ingredients to site will be affected by this change.Release Notes
When taking the “Add Products to Site” action two additional check boxes with display, “Order” and “Transfer”. This enables additional control when assigning products to site.The site level order and transfer states will continue to work in conjunction with the master product record, for example if a product is unavailable for order at the organisation level, despite the site level setting it will continue to be unavailable for order.
The change also extends to the update product to site action:
The current order and transfer states displays against the sites by default.
