What’s Changing?
This version provides a significant improvement to the volume of products that can be downloaded to the offline storage capacity in the Counting app when used on mobile devices (tablets and phones).

Reason for the Change
This will provide more storage space for larger establishments who have to count large numbers of products and sizes.
Customers Affected
All customers using the Counting app in the Fourth App on iOS and Android devices.
For this new version of the Counting app to work on iOS devices, customers will need to have version 5.2 (at least) of the Fourth app installed.
Release Notes
The new version of the Counting app includes improvements to the offline storage functionality.
Please note: This change will delete any un-submitted counts and any new areas from the device without warning.
Counts and areas that have already been submitted are safe and will not be affected. This data will be automatically re-downloaded to the device after the change.

Before 25th July…
- On each device used for counting, make sure any count data to be kept is submitted using the Submit and Update Areas button – see Fig.1

On 25th July or afterwards and before the next count…
- If it doesn’t update automatically, please be sure to update the Fourth App from the Apple app Store or Google Play Store
- Begin the next count as normal
