    Release Note Inventory: Edit Line Total on Invoice

    The Change

    Development has been carried out to allow users to edit the line total in addition to the unit cost price on the record invoice page.

    Reason for the Change

    This change was made to simplify the invoice recording process as often the unit cost price needed to be manually calculated by the user to achieve the correct result.
     

    Customers Affected

    All Inventory customers with the Invoice Management module enabled.

    When recording an invoice, in addition to being able to edit the “Cost Price”, the user can now edit the “Lines Total” value against the selected line. On line total edit the “Cost Price”, “Total VAT” and “Lines Total Inc VAT” will automatically update in addition to the “Lines Total” validation at the document header level.
