Release Notes WFM UK: Fire Report Update

The Change

The Fire Report has been updated to ensure that employees who had clocked in prior to midnight appear on the next day’s Fire Report.

The report now shows any employee that had clocked in from 00:01 on the previous day to the time the report was run who is yet to clock out.

Improvement to business logic.

Customers Affected

People System Customers who have the Time & Attendance (T&A) functionality enabled.

In Fig 2 above, the report was run at 1:30 am. No employees who clocked in prior to midnight are showing on the report as the report runs on a 24 hour window, which commences at midnight and does not factor in any employees who started working prior to this time

The changed report as seen above shows employees who clocked in prior to midnight but who are yet to clock out.
