What’s Changing?
A new feature has been added to the My Schedule app, which allows managers to view all assignments for an external employee via a tooltip. It provides a quick overview of job titles, locations, departments and pay rates (if the user has the relevant user level permission).
Reason for the Change
This change provides managers with an efficient way to access comprehensive assignment details for each external employee, improving decision-making and workforce management within the My Schedule app. It also gives managers the necessary information to create assignments for employees who have offered to work shifts but do not currently have an active assignment for a specific location or department (external employees). This enhances the process of assigning shifts and ensures that employees are appropriately scheduled based on their availability and roles.
Customers Affected
All Scheduling customers who have internal shift pooling enabled.
