What's Changing?
It is now possible to specify how an account can be used in Account Transfers.
Reason for the Change
To prevent users from selecting the wrong usage/direction for an account when creating Account Transfers

All customers using Account Transfers.
Release Note Info/Steps
- Go to Setup > Account Admin

When creating or editing accounts (on the Edit Details tab) there is a new dropdown called Used for
- This new dropdown will only be available for accounts of type Normal
The options available are:
- TO stock FROM - allows the account to be used to transfer value to stock from the account
- FROM stock To - allows the account to be used to transfer value to the account from stock
- FROM and TO stock (Both) - allows either of the above
By default, all existing accounts are set to FROM and TO stock (Both). This provides the same access/usage as before this release.

Then, when creating an Account Transfer:
- Go to Stock Management > All Options > Transfer to Account > New Transfer
The selected account can only be set according to the restrictions implemented (as per Fig.1).

Line Check History Report for Multiple Properties

What's Changing?
A new version of the Line Check History report which can be run for multiple sites.
Reason for the Change
This allows a head office or regional user to easily check on the Line Check History for multiple sites without having to run the report multiple times.

Customers using Line Checks.
Release Note Info/Steps
- Go to Reporting > Published Reports > Stock Management
- Select the new report, called Line Check History Report (multiple sites)
- When running this report it is possible to select multiple sites

The report will return the same data as the existing Line Check History report but will have an additional first ' Site Hierarchy' column, that shows which site the data relates to.
The default sort order for the report will be first by the Site hierarchy and then as per the existing report.
