What's Changing?

Before this release, to access the Engage management console, Engage admin users were required to change the URL after they logged into Engage. These users can now access the Engage management console via a bespoke URL.

Reason for the Change

This is part of the Fourth EMEA switchover to the new Identify provider, described in these release notes.

Customers Affected

All customers with 'PS Super User'/'PS Content Admin' profiles in SF.

Release Note Info/Steps

For Engage admin users to log in to the Engage management console,

Please use

- NA: https://engage-console.secure.na1.fourth.com/home/home.jsp
Log in as normal via the Engage login screen

The Engage management console will be visible once logged in.
